Very straightforward

When I called and a man answered, he didn't provide the correct information about what I had to pay. It was not obvious I had to pay 8 weeks in advance. Later when I arrived, it was handled great by the 2 female staff in Edinburgh store.

Great follow up by the team so the storage was available when needed

The team were very helpful right from my initial enquiry, following up and making sure I had the storage space I needed. On arrival, Gill was really helpful and ensured our removal men had out of hours access as they had been stuck in traffic and delayed. All in all really helpful and made it very stress free.

Every phone call was a good experience - I was listened carefully so I could explain my situation and the offers and advice were very clear. Every single email was replied within 24 hours and very correct. Very good mix of friendliness and efficiency.
