Everything was very easy to understand and Sophie did a great job showing me around. They were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

I was first greeted by a lady called Gill and from the word go, she made me feel at ease! she explained everything in great detail and kept stopping to double check that I understood what was going on. I am a Store Manager in retail, so I know how important good customer service is, this was definitely delivered in my visit. Thanks Gill
