Shortly after submitting my details on-line, I received a call from one of the staff at the Edinburgh depot (Jill Munro). This lady was particularly helpful, friendly and courteous. She was very knowledgeable and quoted me a very good deal based upon my requirements, and even offered to help me with the logistical requirements by forwarding my number to one of their business partners. It was clear that the staff here are all about putting the customer first.

Initial enquiry was handled brilliantly and what I thought was a complicated undertaking was shown to be very straightforward due to the flexibility of Big Yellow.

I found the process from start to move in day straight forward and easy to deal with. All the staff that I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Easy and clear

Some muddle over “replacement value” of much of our material which are irreplaceable photos and papers of no commercial value. Basically very friendly and helpful.
