Sean was excellent

Sean was very friendly on arrival, took me through all the options available and gave me a tour of the options too. He explained everything involved in taking a storage unit and was confident in what he was doing. Although I didn't take storage immediately, I did return a few months later to take a storage unit. On arrival again, even though it was a few months later Sean greeted me on arrival by my name.

All handled very efficiently by staff with a very friendly, professional approach. Grace and Sean were both extremely helpful and very approachable - this facilitated the whole enquiry and booking in experience which was thereby very straightforward and stress free.

Great service by Sean from the initial meeting to check-in

Very well overall. Easily understood the requirements on my end, costs, moving in process. Sean called in the morning to confirm details of me arriving etc. which was great as I then knew everything was in place, rather than turning up with a van full of stuff and not be able to check it in for whatever reason. It would be nice to include insurance estimates etc. when filling in the inventory online however, as these costs are pretty significant.
