Very friendly and easy to understand, with good safety measures and ease of access. The people who showed me around were also very helpful, I think it was Peter and Grace?
The service provided was excellent. I was made to feel like I knew everything before agreeing to pay for the unit. Peter was excellent throughout as it was him I spoke to on the phone and dealt with in the Edinburgh branch as well.
John was great at the initial booking and Gill was brilliant when i checked in, she showed me the room and actually changed it to a more auitable room at her suggestion.

When I first enquired everything was explained clearly and the chap couldn't have been nicer. On arrival at warehouse was offered coffee and before I paid all costs and procedures explained. Great team.
