John was great at the initial booking and Gill was brilliant when i checked in, she showed me the room and actually changed it to a more auitable room at her suggestion.

When I first enquired everything was explained clearly and the chap couldn't have been nicer. On arrival at warehouse was offered coffee and before I paid all costs and procedures explained. Great team.
