Great customer service from Gill, information given was clear and efficient, very friendly. The space was clean and feels very secured.

From the quote at the start right through to arranging our dates etc the staff at Yellow Box have been so helpful. In particular Gill and Pete have been exceptional. They are such lovely friendly people and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have helped us throughout and made everything so easy.

Very helpful at reception (Peter) easily understood, as he explained everything simply. It was my first time using storage for all my household belongings and was very quickly put at ease. Thank you.

Cannot fault the service we received from the first contact, which was a prompt return phone call when asking online for a quote, to the direct contact at the storage facility. Courteous, informed and professional staff, clean facility, straight-forward paperwork, help-at-hand at the end of the phone and competitive price. We dealt with Nick in the first instance, then Gill gave the quote and answered lots of questions about filling in the forms, John answered questions over the phone, and Peter completed our final paperwork. Great team.

i was really impressed with the service i received both with big yellow and the removal men.everything went smoothly and the lady who talked me through everything at big yellow was so friendly and helpful.I would certainly recommend them.Also the price for everything was very reasonable.
