Personal service, cleanliness of facility, sense of confidence in facility's security appointments etc. Peter was v nice.

Great service, good cost, simple and effective

Very friendly staff who were very helpful (Peter who was working at noon on Saturday 25th February at the Edinburgh store). Very secure, easy van access and also the trolleys make it easy to get items to the storage unit.

Both Peter and Jill at the Big Yellow (Calder Road, Edinburgh) were very helpful and obliging. They provided me with enough comfort that my possessions would be safe, showed me the size rooms which I could hire, highlighted what special offers/discounts were available to me at all times, made me aware of opening times and just acted in a professional manner from the outset. They both did a fantastic job!

Gill was fantastic when I was in a hard situation, and support from staff was top class. Provided everything I needed and more. Five out of five from me.

Excellent service, friendly staff

Quite a few hidden costs and felt a bit like Big Yellow were trying to get more money out of me, with some of the policies around storage and security.

Good service, good discussion with Peter and his colleague ( the chatty one with the soar throat) all explained very well.

They are very helpful. And explain step by step the process. Which made the experience less stressful for me. Peter is the person who helped me.
