Customer reviews for Edinburgh Self Storage

The whole process was very straightforward and the staff exceptionally helpful.

I have never done storage before in my life and didn't have a clue what I was doing, but Gill was the most helpful person. She explained everything to me perfectly and clearly. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow Storage in Edinburgh. Thanks Gill and I appreciate everything.

We met a very helpful and friendly Peter. He showed us the room and explained everything carefully. He is very polite and talkative.

Easy process and helpful staff. Good location

The facility is well located, user friendly and clean. The rates were very good by comparison with competitors. The staff I dealt with (principally Gaynor but also Gill) were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful in explaining all matters to me. Overall my dealings with the company at the Sighthill location has been a very pleasant experience.

Did what it said on the tin. Staff were extremely helpful
