The checkin process was extremely easy online and covered everything I needed to know before arriving. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and communicative and the process was well explained and didn't take long.

Debbie was awesome she explianed all the ins and outs and how things work with your storage unit. She really made the process easy as I was a little worried re the out of hours access however after she explained this it was very straight forward. World Class Customer Service :)
