I had an urgent need to store some equipment for work. The staff at the Edinburgh branch were extremely helpful and were very patient with me. The space recieved is perfect for what I need and the security and access arrangements are great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Have to say that the Staff in the Edinburgh branch are wonderful. John the manager went out of his way to explain the benefits of using The Big Yellow Storage and although on his own at the weekend did not make me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. John emailed me confirmation earlier than anticipated which was outstanding. The ladies who registered me are wonderful Maggie and Debbie made myself and my 21mth old really welcome. Looking forward to spending the next couple of years with them.

Very easy to use, good security. Staff very helpful on arrival. Only one small criticism - could do with more of the big trolleys - had to wait about for one on a busy sunday afternoon

I required to review my existing contract and the staff were very flexible and pro active as I was an exisitng customer they demonstrated their desire to work with me to retain me as a customer. I was very impressed with their skills and making it work for the customer.
