My initial enquiry through the website was replied to with 3 email quotations with different prices for the same size room! After phoning to sort out what the actual price was I reserved a room and arriving at the weekend was greeted by friendly helpful staff. The paperwork was all done smoothly and we were shown the access and security arrangements and up to the room. Despite one lift being out of action awaiting repair there was no delay in getting in the lift to the first floor which is just as well as 3 van loads had to be stored. Just have to wait until we find the house we want/can afford before reversing the process but knowing everything is stored in such an clean place is a great comfort

Fantastic staff willing to show me all the options nad rooom sizes and explain all the procedures and costs clearly. First time storage and did lots of comparison. Not the cheapest but met all the needs.

The staff were amazing and helpful and very accommodating. They take you through the procedures, help you choose the right sized room and help you locate the room. Also explain the code procedures thoroughly. The lockup is so secure and i have told my friends about it and they are also very impressed and if needed would use big yellow storage too. Thank you for being a brilliant set up.

Helpful and pleasant staff, explained things clearly, happy to show me a couple of units, gave useful advice and generally impressed. Units are well laid out, sturdy and appear secure. Location is easy to find and accessible.

Definitely the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen! All in all it was a great experience except wit you don't own a car it's kind of hard to get there.

Notwithstanding Big Yellow are a Business, the Manner in which the staff at my current facility, Edinburgh, reacted to my needs and Change of Location activities, positively, delivering their support in a pleasant and timely manner, is to be commended. Excellent in all respects, the facility provides me with a secured extra space ideal for me current needs.

Hard to fault. Every aspect was clearly thought through - and pretty clear even to my wife and myself who are not computer-fluent spring chickens. You didn't have a category for staff sense of humour! All good there too.

Great customer service, easy to follow instructions, just the right amount of privacy granted. Very clean and tidy operation.
