We used the Big Yellow storage facility in Edinburgh, and received fantastic service from the staff who arranged for an appropriately sized storage unit.

The staff member who arranged the storage, was pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Big Yellow is a well thought out & clean operation, certainly better than much of the competition. It is let down only slightly by the relatively restrictive opening hours and the not inconsiderable expense.

I found the staff to be very helpfull l, and could not priase them enough. My experience with Big Yellow has been very positive, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Having never used self storage before I was amazed at how easy it was to get a room and how simple it was to gain access. The fact that you can arrange out of hours access at 24 hours notice is a great advantage! The Edinburgh store is clean and has great staff - even a vending machine if you get hungry trying to organise your room! Couldn't ask for anything better really and the fact that you can gain discounts by introducing a friend is great! Just need to find more friends.

The Yellow storage provides exactly what it says on the box, which is rare, there is no hype, you get what they promise... The staff are the best I have ever dealt with from the customer services at the desk, to the finance, and administrators takign calls and respondign to emails, all 100%. You should be proud

An extremely easy to use, convenient, temporary, facility for someone who is moving house (downsizing in our case) and hasn't yet found the courage to thin out the the stuff you know you will get round to sometime. A great service run by very helpful Staff.
