as a first time user of storage facilities I have been really impressed with the cleanliness, security and location of the Edinburgh facility. I have peace of mind knowing that my possessions are in a safe place and that is invaluable!
The staff are really helpfull and pleasant to talk to. Thier attitude does more to sell the storage than anything else.
I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, ensuring that I only signed up for the space I would need rather than just selling space. They always returned calls when promised, explained the process well and gave me confidence in their professionalism. Would definitely recommend to others.
Big Yellow is so well organised, making storing your household items stress free, everything is to hand e.g. trolleys of varying sizes, it is clean and very efficient. The staff are helpful and when you visit they remember you. I have used two different storage facilites before and would have no hesitation in recommending Big Yellow, far superior than my previous two experiences.
Overall as a storage facility this is great, the staff are helpful and you feel confident whatever you store is safe and secure. The only faults I can comment on were I never noticed any toilets, if there were any they were poorly sign posted, and the location is very difficult to get to during busy periods as the traffic at sighthill is terrible. No complaints really at all about the service I received though!
Very polite and helpful staff and a system that makes moving items in and out as easy as practically possible. I also feel very comfortable with the security arrangements such that it never crosses my mind.
After browsing the local storage depots, we opted for Big Yellow and have not been disappointed. Very helpful staff made the initial application very easy and now our belongings are in a clean, secure storage and very local for us.
staff helpful and pleasent knowing that ur belongings are safe. peace of mind when other things aren;t
Big Yellow storage really saved my life between 2 jobs and 2 house moves. With the out of hours access, you can access your belongings anytime. Staff is great and very helpfull !! Really a great solution for people on the move like me :o)
Simple and easy to use. Only let down is the amount of time it takes to check in on your first visit especially when you do this on line.
