I was using yellow storage to drop off camping gear whilst on holiday and found it extremely easy to do. The staff at edinburgh were so friendly and helpful, from the initial phone call when i made an enquiry to working out a way to drop off gear on a bank holiday monday right through to accepting my gear after the cut off time for the day. Collecting at the end of the holiday was just as easy with again very friendly staff.

I had to arrange last minute storage, and having not used a secure storage facility before, was slightly nervous. I needn't have been. The whole process was explained to me clearly, staff were friendly, the environment was clean and secure. It was all really easy, and great value for money. I was really impressed and would have no hesitation recommending this facility to family and friends.

An easy secure and safe way to deal with clutter in your home when decorating or renewing carpets etc. The management team at the Edinburgh store were extremely helpfull and cheerfull on all my visits.

The staff are very helpful and anwsered all my queries. They even had subjestions to offer so i can get the best value for my storage. I also got to enter a lucky dip and one some prizes . I would recommend this store in particular.

Glad to see a Big Yellow branch up in Edinburgh. If it was a little closer to the town centre it would be perfect. The same quality service as always though.

Having never used a storage facility before, I have been very impressed with the big yellow self storage company. I understand that this is the first one in Scotland and the customer service from my enquiry through to use has been excellent. Gaynor provided me a tour and clear access instructions. There is local competition for self storage and I'm pleased to say the big yellow self stoarge company was competative. As well as being clean and tidy with good access, there is added value when you can get money back for stoarge you don't need, should your short, medium or long term plans change. Now that's fair.

Although I think these are the cheapest prices available I still find the whole thing quite expensive, especially as a student. Otherwise the service is very good, the staff are very friendly and the environment is clean. The whole process is very quick and simple!

We have used this facility to store our daughters stuff over the University summer vacation. The staff were really helpful, friendly, made sure that we only bought what we needed and ensured that we took the best package for us, not for Big Yellow. Really impressed with them. It's a bit of a jaunt from the Old town where she lives, but it's worth the effort.

Large variety of demensions and staff will not persuade you to let a size you do not need just to increase their revenue---I appreciated their helpfulness and honesty
