I was caught out at short notice when a house purchase fell through. As I was driving past Big Yellow in Edinburgh I popped in to see what they had to offer. The staff could not have been more helpfull. They provided an excellent service and have been most helpfull throughout a difficult time. They were flexible when it came to requirement as I had a complete 4 bed house to store for an unknown period of time and I had no idea how much space I needed.. Well done to all concerned

Both in Norwich and, now, in Edinburgh, I have always found the staff very helpful, friendly and, best of all, they don't panic!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the whole exercise very easy. The building is very modern with a bright welcoming interior. Security is good with the access code to the lift.

We used the Big Yellow storage facility in Edinburgh, and received fantastic service from the staff who arranged for an appropriately sized storage unit.

Big Yellow is a well thought out & clean operation, certainly better than much of the competition. It is let down only slightly by the relatively restrictive opening hours and the not inconsiderable expense.

I found the staff to be very helpfull l, and could not priase them enough. My experience with Big Yellow has been very positive, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The Yellow storage provides exactly what it says on the box, which is rare, there is no hype, you get what they promise... The staff are the best I have ever dealt with from the customer services at the desk, to the finance, and administrators takign calls and respondign to emails, all 100%. You should be proud
