Very easy to deal with. The team at Edmonton were quick to respond, helpful, efficient and very professional.
From the very first call Maxine was a breath of fresh air, friendly and informative. My experience escalated to way above 10, when your representative Lakeem gave us make an informed decision, was knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond to answer some of my difficult questions, regarding self insurance. The manager should know he is truly an asset. I've not experienced this warmth from both himself and his Supervisor whose name I forgot to note. The lady who assisted me on my initial visit was also very very helpful and empathetic. Edmonton Big Yellow gets a huge 15 out of 10 for customer service. My sister came with me and was so impressed, she is going to refer someone as well. I can't say enough how great this experience was. I even notified my insurance company in the US, who are normally number 1 for customer service. Well done in leadership and awesome recruiting. You have a great team.
Darren was excellent, the only reason I use Edmonton branch is it excellent stuff. Despite , having a facility nearer to my home I would rather drive further for to Edmonton.
They were very pleasant on the phone and even better in person.
