Really good customer service

Darren and cristy are very helpful friendly. It was easy,simple,fast and straightforward very good customer service.

All good except for the prolonged process of our signing in - made tolerable by your lovely staff member. Why was it such a lengthy process?

The initial enquiry was very smooth and I really liked how the staff gave me a call immediately to confirm my booking and inform me of the necessary steps needed to be taken to secure my booking.

With everyone happening at the moment, this service was stress free and put my mind at ease! I had Darren at the Edmonton store help me through the move in day and he couldn't have been more helpful! The online check in was a great way to gain a headstart of the process and I'm very glad with the overall enquiry.
