I thought it was handled brilliantly - the website was easy to understand, Darren at Edmonton then rang to follow up and it was incredibly simple.

I made several inquires by phone, all of which were answered promptly and left me me happy with the experience. During the move in day itself, Zoltan was really helpful and explained everything very well. Overall I was very happy with the experience.

Needed more guidance on what an inventory consisted of - how detailed? How accurate? You don’t always know beforehand exactly what you’re going to put into storage. Also for it to be clearer the cutoff time to take things. I had been told “before 1” but when I arrived a bit after, it was too late by a long way and I should have been advised to be there by 12.

The initial enquiry was so easy and the woman who I spoke to on the phone was very clear, helpful and seemed really friendly. It made me even happier to choose this storage unit.
