Very easy to make the enquiries, online booking responsive, the team were very friendly and informative.

We had issues with our zip van so arrived later to check in than planned. But your female team member was super flexible and friendly. She made the check in process easy and was super clear with all communication.

Store manager Darren Naylor provided excellent comms and showed flexibility with my needs.

Each time I called up to with a querie the staff were very friendly and very helpful and on my moving in day Darren from Edmonton actually called up to check when I’d be coming in and was very helpful and clear with how it works when I checked in

Very easy online process helped by a call from the manager. Easy to change my move in date when the need arose. Keemar and Darren sorted my paperwork whilst I moved in soon time was wasted. All in all excellent service from the team.
