The complete experience was very good right for my initial contact with Chrissy on the telephone, who took my details and first enquires regarding rental and pricing, on my visit to the store in Edmonton I met Steph and Darren who worked well together on a very busy day with many customers and deliveries to be handled and dealt with, as well as telephone, enquires. They showed excellent product knowledge and dealt with all issues in a very professional manner. This team should be highly commended and used to maybe train other weaker stores in your chain throughout the region.
