Great customer service from Christalla, but expensive.

Information provided beforehand was good. Useful to be able to do inventory beforehand online. Staff very helpful and friendly when I arrived to move my belongings in. Would have been useful to have full price beforehand - not just the quote for the storage (i.e. insurance costs as well).
