Very good it was very straightforward

Simple transfer from Gants Hill to Enfield.

The initial request for further information in terms of cost estimate could have been handled better, had questions due to the lack of familiarity with how storages works and felt like the gentleman was rather bothered when perhaps the matter from his perspective was very simple, not in my case though given was a first experience.

Waiting was very long.More staff needed
