ESH is king! He helped me out big time, making an already stressed out day easier! ESH for president! or a promotion at least.

Because I had Darren and Esh who helped me all through. Explanation was clear and very friendly and good customer service. I would recommend it to everyone else. Really nice people.

Darren Naylor was simply excellent; he talked us through appropriate room sizes, knew we were on a tight timescale with our Zipvan and ensured we had all appropriate documentation. I feel he deserves a promotion!

Good price, easy to book and staff was extremely helpful

Firstly on a practical note I find the way the system is organised very user friendly and logical. I have zero issues with the storage or use of the building, everything seems to work very efficiently. The main thing I was impressed with was how helpful the staff at your Edmonton branch were. I'm sure there is a lot that can go wrong and I found that Esh and Darren went above and beyond in guiding me through the system and were very clear with their instructions. Very Friendly staff, I initially spoke with Ash on the phone, then I popped by the store to look at the storage room which was well kept and clean. Following this I spoke with Darren who was very professional and very helpful.

Aside from the initial welcoming and greeting, which was very good, I haven't used the store long enough to pass further judgement.
