Your pricing is opaque. It ends up costing more than envisaged. Largely because of insurance. Which, in my case, is not needed. Your provide an excellent service, but people need to have proper costungs before arriving. Once arriving with the things to be stored you are a captive customer.

The people through the phone were really helpful. It was the first time that i used your storage and they provided me with all the details that i needed. They lower their price very much. The place is really nice and clean and seems very careful. The receptionist was really nice with me. He showed me the place and helped me to complete my booking. Everything was great!
