Outstanding customer service from the staff at Edmonton branch.went more than the extra mile for me. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and extremely careful whilst using the forklift. Elton and Darren were exceptional. They were patient with me even though I made it slightly difficult for them at times

The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly.They even showed me the available rooms and compare.The member of staff was very helpful.The storage is very secure and safe.The security is excellent and the place is very neat

I didn't know I had to pay 8 weeks' payment upfront in addition to the deposit of one week. This was never explained to me. Member of staff was nice and head office staff too, but I never realised above.

Very convenient for short term storage
