It was very straight forward and hassle free and I got through very quickly. Every employee I've talked to has been very polite and helpful.

Good, the one issue was the web page for bank details but the Eltham office helped to enter details

On first instance I spoke to Adam who was very informative and explained the process well. He invited us in to see if our unit was big enough. We came in the day before check in where Nick showed us around the unit, he was very friendly and talked us through. Nick made us feel very welcomed and was very professional his knowledge was fantastic. On arrival for check in we meet Jay who welcomed us and began the check in process, Ernest then took over to do the final bits ensuring everything was cover he also reassured me about a few things. It took a little while to do the check in but Jay made me a fantastic cup of tea which was a nice touch also offered my other half a cuppa while he was unloading. This was very much appreciated especially on such a cold day.

I enquired online and store manager Adam called me to see if there was anything else I could assist with. He was very helpful and informative and made the whole process seem a lot less stressful
