From the moment I called up I received excellent customer service and explanation of everything. Alex stood out the most and was very friendly and professional making me feel relaxed on what was a very stressful day.

the follow up phone call after my online application was annoying.. but jake at the Eltham store was really helpful - took time to talk us through best units and prices and gave a realistic idea of how it all worked. made it super easy.

I thought the service was excellent, Ernest was an absolute star. Made the process easy and stress free . He was very friendly, generous . I was surprised to see he wasn’t a manager

It was very straight forward and hassle free and I got through very quickly. Every employee I've talked to has been very polite and helpful.

On first instance I spoke to Adam who was very informative and explained the process well. He invited us in to see if our unit was big enough. We came in the day before check in where Nick showed us around the unit, he was very friendly and talked us through. Nick made us feel very welcomed and was very professional his knowledge was fantastic. On arrival for check in we meet Jay who welcomed us and began the check in process, Ernest then took over to do the final bits ensuring everything was cover he also reassured me about a few things. It took a little while to do the check in but Jay made me a fantastic cup of tea which was a nice touch also offered my other half a cuppa while he was unloading. This was very much appreciated especially on such a cold day.

Good, the one issue was the web page for bank details but the Eltham office helped to enter details
