We had initial difficulties with the web site but on telephoning the local branch at Eltham the help we received from Adam was exceptional. We were shown the room which soughted our requirements, the costs were clearly explained. We were also given the chance to purchase various size boxes that suited our needs. Adam was extremely helpful and I would recommend Yellow boxes to anyone. The security arrangements inspired confidence. It is clean and easily accessed with lots of various sized trolleys for the movement of boxes or furniture.

Very well. From our initial on line enquiry right up until the time that we in a position to go ahead with storage everyone we have spoken to have been very accommodating. Tbe booking process was also explained very well to us.

The storage is clean and safe and the price was good. The experience booking in was a bit patronising and we had to wait quite a while. Customer service style and tone at reception was irritating.

Adam was very helpful yesterday, Jake the week before - so great service and bright clean place.

Because Nick was very helpful explained every thing clear and easy check in showed me the room he then thought door was too narrow for my use he gave me a new room
