Friendly staff and very informative. Good rates for 1st 8 weeks of storage.

The service was perfect and super friendly, and the price is extremely good too! I was in touch with the storage facility multiple times to confirm the details of my booking, and once there the members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Katie in particular helped me find my way around and made the whole process very easy.

The team were great and the facilities are ideal. The site was having technical problems with one PC broken and issues taking payment with the chip and pin reader... so the process was slower than expected. The team really did make up for this though. I feel this could be improved by self-service checkin as the process did take some time and I'd have been happy to have self-served if that was an available option.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very thoughtful and helpful towards customers which made the experience of renting a storage unit easy and stress free. The access of the storage is also easy and straight forward.

I gave a high score because Katie, the staff member who dealt with me was friendly, courteous, well-organised and accommodating. From the moment LDL your dedicated removals staff arrived early (a bonus for me) to collect my items from Ashford to the point I when I left the Eltham site I thought everything was extremely professional. What could have been a complex and fraught exercise for me was made very straightforward.
