Jake was so helpful. Really lovely. Gave us all the information, made sure we understood it. Offered us a drink. Absolutely brilliant customer service

Adam was very good at explaining everything and showing me round despite the waiting customers, who he communicated with to let let them know how long he would be.

it was quick & easy

Easy to book, on-line check-in, minimal paperwork on arrival, trolleys provided, large lifts so depositing your stuff is fuss free. The whole place is clean and tidy.

Your website stands above other storage companies in so far as the way it communicates what you do, the size of spaces available, comparative cost of sites nearby and in the way it allows you to get as far as reserving without having to make phone calls that just waste everyone's time. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the mandatory call back from the team member on site. It'd be better if I could opt out of a call back as opposed to wasting your time.

The help that I received from a young man called Jake was amazing at Eltham Big Yellow. I originally booked a 10sq FT unit and I requested to see some larger ones just in case. Jake patiently showed me and my mum around and give us a detailed break down of all costs and clearly explained the differences to us. Eventually I went with the 20sq FT and he even offered to help me by lifting any heavy boxes that I had. He was very patient, kind and polite. I would recommend dealing with Jake to anyone in the furture
