We were served by a lovely girl on bank Holiday Monday 01/05/17. Despite being obviously very busy she explained everything clearly, took time to show us several storage units and made the experience as smooth as possible. The units looked clean and secure and there were plenty of trollirs to move our belongings. My one negative comment is that the customer toilets were very, very dirty.

I gave the high score because am very happy with the service I got and I will definitely recommend the storage to my friends. I was served by (Jake Herridge) And he was so helpful to me.

The staff where exceptionally helpful and friendly and explain the information to me clearly. I was given clear options and was they continued to ask if I needed anything while I was on the premises, including tea and coffee. Great service. Thank you.
