I was meet warmly at reception, checked in smoothly with a cup of tea and upgraded from the basement to the top floor. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. My assistant haity was fantastic .

It would have been good to have all the information I needed prior to storing my belongings. For example I was not aware that I could check-in prior to the date I was moving in. It would have saved me time.
