The staff is very friendly and professional. They are very thoughtful and helpful towards customers which made the experience of renting a storage unit easy and stress free. The access of the storage is also easy and straight forward.

From the moment LDL your dedicated removals staff arrived early (a bonus for me) to collect my items from Ashford to the point I when I left the Eltham site I thought everything was extremely professional. What could have been a complex and fraught exercise for me was made very straightforward.
