Ayub was great from start to finish. We was very informative on the phone and when I came to see him, he made me feel very welcome. He engaged in conversation and it was not 'just business'. That is what made the experience feel very personal and made such a difference. Everything was clearly explained and I don't think there is anything that he could have done to improve the service. Thank you very much for making me feel so welcome and part of the Yellow family.
