Excellent work by Ayub Khan Very friendly

Having used your facilities both privately and through work prior to retirement when the need for temporary storage arose it never crossed my mind to use another company and was not disappointed by the friendly and efficient reception.

The overall experience was very good. I think the explanation for out of hours access could have been slightly better however.

This was handled very well, got accurate information and calls to remind me of the check in. I just thibk that all the forms and signatures required on arrival are far too many signatures and initials and that this could probably be made faster and mire efficient.

my initial enquiry was handled well, and with haste, it seemed clear and straight forward with things being signposted well in e-mails. The on site team were INCREDIBLY helpful and eased my fears in a very stressful move, walking me clearly though the process and outlining the answers to any questions I had, before I had even asked them!

Marie helped me with my check in and was so kind and patient. It was my first experience with the company and it exceeded my expectations. She is an asset to the team.
