Access arrangements, location convenience, security features and store environment were all excellent. The discounted rent for the first few weeks were much appreciated but I did not like to pay for a padlock which I am unlikely to use elsewhere. I feel that this should either have been charged as a refundable deposit to be returned upon vacating the storage unit or else provided free of charge and only paid for if it was not returned by the customer at the end of their rent period. Customer service was good overall but felt a bit rushed. The gentleman who attended to my friend and I seemed in a hurry to return to his desk from our locker and did not offer to assist us when moving our bags upstairs, as we are both older ladies.
