Hi, I have been served by a lady called Marie (I might've got the name slightly wrong), she was absolutely amazing. I was with another supplier but needed to move as they have revoked 24/hrs access due to change in their security policy. I run a small business which deals with emergencies (floods) as such I need access to my equipment 24/7. I called my local Big Yellow (Enfield Branch) and Marie got back with a quote within minutes. She was really friendly and professional, she's a credit to your company.
