I've used the service before and was not disappointed by my experience this time. All members of the team were super helpful, listened to my needs and explained the process well or notified me of any requirements I had not yet done.

Once I had provided an inventory I was called to say that a smaller room would be applicable, thereby saving me money.

I found Armadillo staff and processes excellent. Staff were clear and concise and very helpful. This was the easiest part of the moving process. this applies to Armadillo Exeter and also the Warrington depot who were able to arrange storage for my ex-partner at very short notice. Unusually for a house move, the service provided made the experience stress free, which is important when moving house

I tried to book a 200 sq ft space on line. There wasn't one available, but someone phoned me back to say I could get two 100 so ft rooms. I thought this was excellent service.

Unfortunately I was there over an hour (in my lunch hour) as the lady who was learning did something wrong which meant I had to wait for the other person (who was already dealing with someone else) to fix it. After phone calls to finance it was fixed and we had to start the process all over again. Wasted a lot of mine and my daughters time
