Mainly because Darren Naylor was so helpful, patient and pleasant to deal with. Cost is reasonable and the storage is accessible.

I've had a good history with BY and have been with them several times over the years.

From the start, Darren was friendly and full of advice on how to pack our belongings for storage and the packaging materials to use. We were shown our storage room and given a good tour of how to navigate through the building to our room and all the safety considerations etc. He also recommende an excellent Man-with-a-van. Thank you!

My entire experience was stressful, as I was misled and totally unhelpful throughout, they were full of excuses. Dealing with both staff and management.

Very good customer service, storage rooms are easy to access, and the cheapest option I could find in London as I'm a student (really appreciate the student discount)

Though I just started my storage so far everyone has been v helpful . Gave lots of info and tried to fulfill all my needs . Room did need a sweep though and had to ask.
