Very professional and nice people working at the east finchley branch. They happily accomodated my neads and even helped me book in a service to come and get my things that I needed stored.

It would have been higher but there was a small issue that caused a delay with the check in. It should have been made clearer to me what the requirements were from BY ref what insurance detail to provide when covered under a personal policy as opposed to BY policy.

A seamless and simple process from start to finish. It could not be easier.
