Support and service from the team. Clarity of explanations, feeling of safety and ease of use of the storage. Darren (at the store) and Dean (over the phone) who have been absolutely brilliant.

I would certainly recommend the service to others. Dean at Big Yellow was exceptionally helpful and took initiatives to make life easy for me, without which I could not have moved house at all easily. Also at the time I understand that he was short staffed due to jury service and another reason but he was calm and really helpful.

I'm very happy with it so far.

The storage facilities are clean and nicely lit, the trolleys and lifts were also very easy to use. I'm slightly worried about the strength of the dividing walls between units though.
