The online information and check-in form were generally clear and easy to understand. Staff were friendly and efficient. The necessary paperwork was completed quickly, with clear explanations provided. I was very happy with the way things went.

I would certainly recommend the service to others. Dean at Big Yellow was exceptionally helpful and took initiatives to make life easy for me, without which I could not have moved house at all easily. Also at the time I understand that he was short staffed due to jury service and another reason but he was calm and really helpful.
