excellent handling christian called me 1 hour after I booked slot, told him I needed to change time and date he Said no problem but advised to check in online which I did, I called him again 2hrs later as I was on way to storage facility and was very upset having broken up with boyfriend and was worried about lifting heavy objects and the distance from carpark to isolated storage unit he reassured me
