I didn't book it but from the moment I arrived Rickie and Cristian did their best to support me with the paperwork and make me welcome while I was waiting for the van to be unloaded

I found the staff extremely helpful and welcoming when I checked in on Tuesday. Rikki explained everything so clearly and helped me with all my queries . I am happy with my decision to go to Big Yellow self Storage , have not dealt with them before . Thank you .
