The process was overall ease and understanding.
This is the first time of using a storage facility. I am glad I called your service. I am pleased with the support and help I received from Ismail and Lanzi. They are professional, dedicated and with an exceptional trait of customer service.
Was all fine, too much paperwork at desk on arrival after completing online checkin. Pricing unclear was quite surprised at cost on checkin, believed that insurance was free and cost £4.50 a week, again additional cost not clear and deposit of £65 also quite surprising. Better clarity on full price at checkin would be better. Overall way too expensive for size of unit.

Fantastic service from Lanzi and Rikki. Only note would be in relation to the process (not the service, which was so helpful!) - it would be great if there are easier options to sign the contract (e-signature). In the time of pandemic, being overseas in lockdown and not having access to a printer / not being able to leave the house much the printing process was a bit difficult. BUT - overall wonderful service that I would recommend and I appreciate Lanzi being so patient and working through the challenges of a remote customer!

My initial enquiry was handled in a very professional and friendly way. The whole process was very smooth and easy, from finding a room suitable for my storage needs (Rikki made it very easy) to moving in ( Ishmael and Geneviev assisted me from start to finish). I do believe that well trained staff members can make all the difference.
