All nice employees very efficient

From the very start, the staff member - Rikki Murphy has taken care of all our requests and we have been advised in detail of the process. His patience with us was exemplary. We have recently downsized our storage space with the help of Rikki and we are delighted with the way he relates to us and other customers that we have observed.

Rick dealt with my initial enquiry. He was brilliant and very easy to talk to. Tina dealt with all the first tranche of paperwork when I arrived and was equally brilliant. And later on rick took me up to the unit and explained how the codes and padlocks worked. The two of them were absolutely brilliant.
