Helpful staffs

It was very easy to do online. I also first visited the place before moving in. Staff was very helpfull, a team member gave me a hand to set my things in the box.

Rikki, was extremely helpful and clear. He was able to allow me to move in effortlessly and efficiently understanding I had a time restraint. Very clear, polite and helpful.

My initial enquiry was handled very well by the sales employee Rikki Murphy. In a very short time, which was in no way hasty, I was shown a storage space, informed about the process of booking, payments, insurance, future bills, and the whole process, in a very friendly way. I reserved the storage space on the same visit, which was my first, and checked in a few days later.

It was quick and easy to deal with getting a storage space at north Finchley and the staff member, Rikki Murphy, was very helpful and friendly which made it easy for me to raise any questions I had. At the end I felt like everything was so easy , thanks to Rikki.

The whole process so far has been problem and stress free. The staff have been friendly and extremely helpful - it has been a pleasurable experience.
