The N Finchley store manager (Tony) handled my initial enquiry with a re-assuring and calming manner. Not pushy at all (as distinct from another Blue Storage representative who continued to bombard me with calls). When I needed to postpone my move-in date (twice) my telephone call was transferred to your Head Office where a lady handled the issue with extreme professionalism and a re-assuring manner.
