I was so stress as I had to store my furniture due to moving out from to current house and not moving to my new house until the 1st of November. I have to say that the staff member where very helpful and patient. I insist on how well your staff made my first experience with yellow storage easy and comfortable by providing me with last minute request due to not having enough space, being friendly and supportive. I would like to thanks Ricky and his college, I forgot his name, for making this experience so easy and comfortable. I would recommend north finchley storage to any Of my friends in the future. I found the website extremly helpful and very much appreciated the diagrams with visual images showing how big each container size was. This helped me choose the right container for my belongings. The Manager at Finchley North (Tony) was very helpful with my inital questions prior to booking and was very accomadating when I realized that I might need to change my container size at the last minute. Tony's email replies were very informative and he was always very quick to reply.
