Very good. Following our enquiry we received a call from Rikki Murphy who explained the booking process and costs very clearly.
I received an excellent service. A member of the staff called Rikki was incredibly helpful. Terms and conditions of storing the items were explained clearly and the paperwork was done promptly.
Joanne was helpful and dealt with my initial enquiries via an email exchange. Both the lads who checked us in were great: an Irish chap (didn't get his name) and Ismail, who was in training.
Both on the phone and in person, the staff were clear and friendly
I dealt with a lovely Irish guy I think his name is Mark, and he made to whole process super easy and stress free, he informed me of all the procedures and how the yellow storage works. I'll definite recommend it
I think this was handled exceptionally. I searched online to see what options were available at the big yellow and a member of the team phoned to talk me through the options. That helped make up my mind really quickly.
