All made extremely easy. Tony and Rickki were very understanding as we are downsizing my elderly father and needed to move storage units within the same North Finchley location. Difficult family time but was made to feel welcomed and heard.

When I called in to view the space I was greeted in a friendly manner. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I was shown how to use the facilities in a clear way. On returning to the store on the following day to complete the booking I had exactly the same treatment from a different member of staff. Friendly and courteous with full explanation of paperwork. It was a pleasure to deal with both members of staff, who really made the process easy for me.

Very straight forward and easy to book, speaking with Tony, and the staff, Rikki and Joanne, were very helpful and friendly when we came to move our stuff in.

True professionalism; without losing that little personal interaction that is missing in so many businesses these days.
