I was welcomed by a lady called Joanne, who was superb to deal with. She gave me all the information I requested, showed me to multiple storage rooms to choose from, given I was unsure of what was best for my needs and supplied with lots of information which really helped. She made the process very easy for a first time user of a Self Storage facility and was a pleasure to deal with.

Every member of staff I encountered was very helpful. I was shown everything by Joe Moxom and felt at ease when leaving my belongings there.
The person at the check in (I believe her name was Joanna) was extremely helpful and friendly. I haven't received that good of a customer service in a very long time. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs to store their stuff. Keep it up
