I required the storage room for a short period of time. Having booked the room on the internet and not knowing how much I was going to store, the staff said that once I'd got all my stuff together. If it looked like I required a smaller room that wouldn't be a problem. Nothing was too much trouble They explained everything very clearly and when I did finally check out the were very quick in refunding the money I was due. I would recommend them to everybody looking for short or long term storage.

Big yellow (love the name) - big, bright, spacious, efficient, effective, tidy, easy and relaxed (yes I do pull down my grill door, switch on the light and sit in my favourite armchair whilst I gaze at my perfectly stacked boxes - order at last for decades of collected 'precious' junk). Only trouble is - I can't face bringing it back home and unravelling my neatly boxed away life.

the only things i would say about big yellow is that although it is good value for money, there are quite a lot of things to pay out for when you sign up.... i didnt realise there was so much to pay for. also the 7 day notice period. when i was with another comapny before Big yellow, i coukld come an d empty my storgage when ever iwanted and i didnt have to give any notice. for some one who is last minute, this would not be convinient.

i found everything so easy and the staff very helpful and friendly.Nothing was too much trouble.It was also great that i was recommended a removal company from them which were amazing thank you very much

Staff were v.helpful in showing us numerous room sizes/layouts to help us decide on room size.

Great place to store stuff ideally only short term. Only complaint is too many forms to fill in when you want to get a room. Room size is fair as a box, no light in the room which is annoying but you can cope.
