the staff are very helpful, the sapce is clean,it is very pleasant to be moving in and out.

I have been using the local Big Yellow Self Storage facility in North Finchley for a number of years now and have always had extremely good service from all of the staff there. They were helpful and always cheerful from the day I first went in and continue to be so. The company provides me with exactly the storage that I need and I don't worry about whether my contents are safe and secure as I am sure that they are.

If Big Yellow Self Storage make lager it would probably be the best in North Finchley

My contents were damaged last year in a small flood and the staff were very helpful in arranging compensation and for my stuff to be moved to another unit.

I have had a really positive experience with the Big Yellow Storage Company. The staff have been friendly and helpful and the storage space has been easily accessible and ideal for the 'emergency storage' I required when having family visit from overseas for an extended stay.

I was happy with the level of service that was on offer - and yes I did shop around first. Three things they could change - cleaner toilet facilities, slightly longer opening hours so as to avoid the morning rush hour, and of course - cheaper prices for those who need to leave their things for a long long time. Everything else was brilliant.

I've found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Having the extra storage facility so close to my house has alleviated the stress of my house build no end and I only wish I had thought of using Yellow Storage sooner. Dino Athanassiou
