Great storage solution and great price as I only had to store for a short time. Clean and very friendly service... No complaints and would definately recommend to a friend.

The original space I booked wasn't big enough so staff were really helpful in finding me a bigger space whilst keeping the extra cost to a minimum.

The lights tend to go out too quickly leaving me stranded in my store room on the upper level.
Overall, Big Yellow is an expensive option for storage and would only be used as a last resort. I think there should be a more structured discount system where discounts could be agreed over storage times over 6 months. Big Yellow should have longer term storage facilities which are more secluded but cheaper with reduced access times, and shorter term storage which is more accessible and better located which is more expensive. Longer term clients should be given some options to reduce their costs to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

The storage facilities were excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. Access hours were convenient and the whole unit is kept clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Tony, the manager, was really helpful - especially when I had to extend by another six months. He made everything very easy and I'd definitely recommend Big Yellow to family and friends
