If Big Yellow Self Storage make lager it would probably be the best in North Finchley

I've found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Having the extra storage facility so close to my house has alleviated the stress of my house build no end and I only wish I had thought of using Yellow Storage sooner. Dino Athanassiou

The original space I booked wasn't big enough so staff were really helpful in finding me a bigger space whilst keeping the extra cost to a minimum.

Easy to use and the alarm system works very well as I found out when I forgot to put my entry code in! The building is clean and the staff very friendly.

The storage facilities were excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. Access hours were convenient and the whole unit is kept clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Overall, Big Yellow is an expensive option for storage and would only be used as a last resort. I think there should be a more structured discount system where discounts could be agreed over storage times over 6 months. Big Yellow should have longer term storage facilities which are more secluded but cheaper with reduced access times, and shorter term storage which is more accessible and better located which is more expensive. Longer term clients should be given some options to reduce their costs to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Tony, the manager, was really helpful - especially when I had to extend by another six months. He made everything very easy and I'd definitely recommend Big Yellow to family and friends
