We were greeted by Scott and Nicky who were so helpful and friendly. They made the whole process of re-joining so quick and easy for us. The first unit we were shown was perfect and we started moving things in straight away.

All went smoothly- no issues.

My experience was pretty seamless from the minute I made my first enquiry. When I arrived at the store Nicola was brilliant. I wanted a room near lift and needed something slightly larger than I initially thought. She was very professional, friendly and everything was explained clearly.
