The staff were extremely polite, helpful and showed us the rooms, explained the terms, prices and above all the security aspects. It was a very pleasant experience all round. The also possess a very good sense of humour.
This part was fairly straightforward and hassle free
It is great, with friendly staff, good security, convenience offered by lift and combination lock. However, it does take an effort to move things in, considering the Thames Movers service takes 120 pounds for once, which makes moving them by myself a preferred option, while I do not have a driving licence, and have to move day by day through calling Uber.
The team were very, very good. Polite, engaging and very professional. I’d give them 10. My only beef is the online contract which seems to me to be overly time consuming. This could be because it is more complex than I am giving it credit for. If so I have no complaints.
All good The office respected the deal agreed on the phone and it was easy - my team had to do a few trips as we had a small van and there were no issues.... stress free which is good I did hear about other people waiting for trolleys - maybe that is a suggestion - keep more trolleys available Also the lock £14 seems pricey....maybe encourage people to bring their own.
